Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Clearpath Drift Facilities is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around contractor visits and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with contractor visits or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
