Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Northwind Ivory Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Kansas City serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
