Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Lumen Kestrel Financial serves customers across Jackson with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
