Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Greenridge Ivory Banking Services is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
