Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Harborlight Medical is a El Paso company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
