Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Highbridge Thistle Insurance is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
