Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Pine Pharma and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
