Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Field Financial and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around account servicing and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
