Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Nest Insurance and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 217 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
