Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Providence, RI)

Harborlight Haven Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Providence. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
