Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath Forge Banking Services is a regional lender in Phoenix with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
