Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone Haven Medical Group is a Philadelphia company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
