Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Pine Financial and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
