Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Philadelphia, PA)

Rivermark Timber Pharma is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
