Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Philadelphia, PA)

Silverline Basin Banking Services is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 563 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting.
