Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Wilder Insurance Group and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
