Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Philadelphia, PA)

Northwind Wilder Markets is a Philadelphia retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
