Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Philadelphia, PA)

Fernwood Ember Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around online orders and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with online orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
