Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cedar Banking Services and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 896 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around branch operations and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with branch operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
