Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Orlando, FL)

Stonegate Umber Banking Services is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
