Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Ember Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Orlando, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around device records and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with device records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
