Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Oklahoma City, OK)

Fernwood Umber Banking Services is a regional lender in Oklahoma City with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around account openings and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
