Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Oklahoma City, OK)

Summit Sparrow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
