Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Oklahoma City, OK)

Westbrook River Financial serves customers across Oklahoma City with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around account servicing and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
