Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Maple Financial Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
