Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Milwaukee, WI)

Westbrook Birch Care Services provides in-home and community support in Milwaukee, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around licensing and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
