Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Milwaukee, WI)

Rivermark Nest Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Milwaukee, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around vendor spend and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with vendor spend or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
