Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Field Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Miami, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
