Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Memphis, TN)

What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting.
