Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Memphis, TN)

Ironwood Kestrel Markets serves neighbourhoods around Memphis with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
