Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Lakeside Care Services and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Madison. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
