Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Las Vegas, NV)

Harborlight Bright Financial is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around account servicing and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
