Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Kansas City, MO)

Amberfield Mill Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
