Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Kansas City, MO)

Rivermark Basin Facilities is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around contractor visits and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
