Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Kansas City, MO)

Harborlight Fox Insurance is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 654 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
