Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Nest Financial Partners and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
