Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Kansas City, MO)

Rivermark Umber Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around contractor visits and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
