Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Kansas City, MO)

Westbrook Amber Medical designs and makes medical devices in Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 355 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around clinical evaluations and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
