Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Stone Care Services and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
