Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Kansas City, MO)

Stonegate Amber Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Kansas City, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
