Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Haven Pharma and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 801 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
