Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Jackson, MS)

Rivermark Keystone Care Services supports families and individuals in Jackson with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 817 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around client records and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with client records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
