Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Jackson, MS)

Rivermark North Financial is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
