Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Timber Pharma and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
