Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Bright Financial and adding a Senior Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around vendor spend and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with vendor spend or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
