Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Jackson, MS)

Summit Mill Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Jackson, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with client records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
