Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Grand Rapids, MI)

Silverline Sparrow Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
