Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Grand Rapids, MI)

Greenridge Pine Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory reports and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
