Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Grand Rapids, MI)

Highbridge Iron Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
