Senior Product Manager - billing and payments (Fort Worth, TX)

Stonegate Oak Care Services is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
